These terms govern your use of thundercarlogistics.com and the auto transport brokerage services provided by Thunder Car Logistics.
Our role
Thunder Car Logistics is a licensed, FMCSA-registered auto transport broker. We arrange transportation of your vehicle with independent, licensed and insured motor carriers. The assigned carrier is responsible for the physical transport of your vehicle and for any damage occurring while the vehicle is in its care, subject to the carrier's cargo insurance and bill of lading.
Quotes and pricing
Online quotes are all-in estimates based on the information you provide. Inaccurate vehicle details (for example, modifications, oversized tires or an inoperable vehicle not disclosed) may change the price. Your final price is confirmed at booking.
Pickup and delivery
Pickup and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless an expedited service is purchased. Carriers deliver door-to-door where legally and safely accessible; otherwise a nearby meeting point will be arranged.
Vehicle preparation
Remove personal items, keep fuel at or below a quarter tank, disable alarms and note existing damage on the inspection report at pickup. Personal items left in the vehicle are not covered.
Cancellations
Cancellation and refund terms are provided at booking and in your order confirmation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thunder Car Logistics' liability as a broker is limited to the brokerage fee paid. Claims for transport damage are made against the carrier's cargo insurance.
